HI all, anyone else have Far Cry 3 outpost issue? i am trying to unlock the FC3 second decoder by going to www.farcryoutpost.com, but it says unavailable or doesn't exist. Got a ton of stuff here to decode n it's taking ages with only 1 decoder. any tips for Far Cry 3 outpost issue?

So how to fix Far Cry 3 weapon levels resetting issue? I've noticed my FC3 weapon levels are resetting for my AK47. Have no clue why, but every match I unlock Hot Rounds, just to go to loadouts and see it still at level 1. Anyone else have Far Cry 3 weapon levels resetting issue? how to fix?
